Logo Ordering Instructions
Message Overview: The Andersen Company offers 11 different types of logo mats: Classic Impressions, ColorStar CompuTuft, Waterhog Inlay,
Waterhog Impressions, Waterhog ECO Elite Roll Goods Inlay, Waterhog Sculptures, ECO Berber Roll Goods Inlay, SuperScrape Impressions, SuperScrape
Molded, Hog Heaven Impressions, and Cushion Max Logo. Each of these logo mat programs result in high quality products your customers will be very
proud to use. Pricing is calculated by each individual design number and quantity. Different size logo mats and standard mats cannot be combined
for quantity discount.
Classic Impressions logo mats are manufactured using our state-of-the-art digital printer. We
start with a white 100% static dissipative nylon carpet and digitally dye your choice of 25 standard colors or your special PMS colors into the
carpet. With this manufacturing process ""Phase-in"" colors and shaded areas are possible helping to create 3-D designs. Designs with intricate
details or small letters are possible with Classic Impressions.
ColorStar CompuTuft mats are produced using a computerized tufting machine. 21 colors of
anti-static, solution dyed nylon are available for designing your logo. Up to 6 colors may be chosen for a single design. ColorStar CompuTuft
mats have excellent colorfastness and should be chosen when the mat placement area is exposed to direct sunlight.
Waterhog Inlay mats are produced by cutting your design out of fabric with a computerized
cutting machine and then piecing the design back together like a puzzle. 18 colors of anti-static, polypropylene fabric are available for your
designing needs. There is no limit to the number of colors that are used in a single design.
Waterhog Impressions are manufactured using our state-of-the-art digital printer. We start
with a white 100% static dissipative nylon carpet and digitally dye your choice of 17 standard colors into the carpet.
Waterhog ECO Elite Roll Goods Inlay are produced by cutting the design out of fabric and then
piecing the design together like a puzzle. Designed to install like carpeting or loose laid like mats. Available with 8 background colors and 18
logo colors for your design needs.
Waterhog Sculptures are produced by permanently molding the material into your chosen logo. The
attractive monotone sculpted logo design provides subtle elegance for indoor or outdoor placements. Available in 18 colors of anti-static,
polypropylene fabric for your design needs.
ECO Berber Roll Goods Inlay is designed for large entrance area installations and custom size
applications. Fabric is 100% post consumer P.E.T. Polyester. Designs are cut out of fabric and pieced together like a puzzle. Available with 6
background colors and 18 logo colors for your design needs.
SuperScrape Impressions are created by molding a digitally printed polymeric material into
durable nitrile rubber to create stunning multi color images. Being UV resistant these mats are ideal for use outside. With this state of the art
production the color options are unlimited.
SuperScrape Molded are manufactured by permanently molding your logo into a 100% nitrile rubber mat.
The durable construction of these mats resist breakdown from grease and petroleum products.
Hog Heaven Impressions allow you to promote your company while enjoying the traditional
anti-fatigue benefits of the Hog Heaven™ mat. Multi-color images are created by molding a digitally printed polymeric material into durable
nitrile rubber surface. The design of these mats make them impervious to sunlight, oil resistant, and chemical resistant, while providing exceptional
anti-fatigue properties in all types of environments. Unlimited color options available, or you may select from our standard palette featuring 25
vibrant colors.
Cushion Max Logo is available with unlimited PMS color choices which are printed on 100% Nitrile/PVC
closed cell foam offering superior anti-fatigue properties and ergonomic benefits. Up to 4 colors may be printed on a mat.
Ordering Logo Mats Is As Easy As 1-2-3:
1. Attach your vector-based high res logo file to an email and forward to artwork@andersenco.com. The subject line should be the name of the logo.
2. List the size of mat desired, and format – Horizontal or Vertical
3. Identify your background color and logo color(s).
*Your proof will be emailed back to you within 2-days on average
Once your proof arrives by email, please take the following simple steps:
1. Approve or make necessary changes to the proof.
2. Return the art proof to the email address noted above, with your Purchase Order, and quantity of mats desired.
Faxed copies distort artwork and therefore cannot be used. Below is a list of different types of artwork (if
you do not have access to a vector based high resolution logo file). Each is classified as acceptable, unacceptable or marginal.
If we are unable to use marginal artwork, we will advise the person that placed the order to supply us with different materials.
Please try to provide the best possible artwork on the initial order, as this will expedite the process.

Art Proofs: Art Proofs are available for approval of your designs. Art Proofs First and second versions of art
proof on a single design are provided at no charge. Additional art proof versions of the same design will cost $25.00
each. Art proof charges will not be refunded if the design is subsequently ordered.
